* Davide 3/4 H.P. Italian Grain Mill  (In stock:1).
This is the same mill we use in our shop to make specialty flours such as buckwheat, chickpea and organic rye. Capicity 250kg per hour.

A hand operated grain mill, designed to be bolted to a bench or shelf.
This mill is suitable for home use. $175 (Normally $225).




* Novital Food Dehydrator  (In stock:1)
The Novital Food Dehydrator is suitable for drying mushrooms, fruit & vegetables.
The special heating and air circulation system removes the water from within the food, while retaining the majority of the goodness and natural aromas of the food.
There are two heat switches so that the most optimal heat setting for the product to be dried can be chosen, and there are five independent drawers so that different foods may be dried separately from each other.

An Australian made trap, will catch the pesky possum without harming it.
