Cashew Crunch Bites
Makes: 10 balls | Dairy Free | Gluten Free Option | Under 10 minutes
150g raw cashews
2 tbsp Goodies and Grains Honey
1 tsp Goodies and Grains Cacao Powder
35g desiccated coconut
1/4 cup rolled oats, or gluten free weet-bix
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for a few minutes, until everything is combined. The mixture should hold together when compressed with your hands.
2. Take 1-2 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls, then enjoy!

Note: store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 1 week, or in the freezer for 3 months.
