Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add the dates to a food processor and blend until a rough paste forms
  2. Add the peanut butter and blend again
  3. Add the cacao powder, melted coconut oil and salt, then blend until a smooth paste forms
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf tin and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set, then remove from the freeze and slice into your desired squares
