Dukkah Zucchini Slice


We’ve put our own twist on the humble zucchini slice. The simple addition of our well-loved Goodies and Grains Dukkah takes this recipe to the next level. It’s packed full of vibrant flavours and nourishing ingredients…we’re sure it’ll be a crowd-pleaser!

Serves: 6-10

Time: 10 minutes prep + 40 minutes cooking



  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup plain flour (or gluten free flour)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 large zucchini (grated)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 1 brown onion (finely diced)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Goodies and Grains Dukkah
  • freshly cracked pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 190 °C and line a 30cm x 20cm dish with baking paper
  2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then mix in the flour and stir until smooth.
  3. Add the oil, zucchini, carrot, onion, dukkah, salt, and pepper to the wet mixture, and stir to combine.
  4. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown
