Size Grain Porridge With Caramelised Apple and Coconut
Serves: 1 | Total Time: 20 minutes
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 apple, cut into cubes
1 tbsp Goodies and Grains Honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch of sea salt
Step 1: Place the Six-Grain Porridge and milk in to a saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until creamy.
Step 2: Meanwhile, heat a fry-pan over medium heat and add coconut oil, shredded coconut, apples, honey and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Step 3: Serve porridge with caramelised apples and coconut on top, and sprinkle with sea salt.
