Sticky Date Porridge

This nourishing and comforting porridge will provide you with all the nourishment and energy to fuel your day! Not only do the oats provide a slow release of energy to sustain your blood sugar levels, but the chia seeds and tahini are a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Not to mention, it's incredibly delicious!

Method
- Place the oats, milk, dates, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup and salt into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Stir in the tahini and continue cooking for a further 2 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency
- Remove from the heat and serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt, a drizzle of tahini and some crushed nuts/seeds
