Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Vegan, Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free

This recipe is rich, decadent and a bit naughty. It's the perfect dessert, especially if you are into chocolate, but let's face it, who isn't?  

It is quick and easy to make and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. 

It would even make the perfect filling for a raw vegan cheesecake!

Makes: approx. 5 large serves

Time: 45 minutes




  1. Melt the chocolate on the stove in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. In the meantime, blend the silken tofu in a food processor. 
  3. Once smooth, add the rest of the ingredients and process.
  4. Remove the mixture from the food processor into a bowl.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate to the mixture.
  6. Place the mousse into ramekins or glasses and place in the fridge to set.
  7. After 30 mins they should be ready to decorate.
  8. We suggest topping each mousse with some fresh berries and Goodies & Grains Cacao Kapow, to add texture and cut through the richness.
