We know it might seem a little early, but we can’t help but share our first Christmas recipe…Vegan Rocky Road! There’s so much to love about this festive sweet treat, from the crunchy roasted hazelnuts to the indulgent dark chocolate…and not to mention it’s also gluten free and refined sugar free!
This Vegan Rocky Road can be chucked together in no time, and also makes the perfect Christmas gift!

Makes: 14 x 15 cm loaf tin (if you only have a standard loaf tin, simply use half the tray, the mixture should be thick enough to hold its shape)
Time: 15 minutes + 1-2 hrs setting

Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks, or wrapped in plastic wrap and a layer of foil in the freezer for up to 1 month.
